is the difference between 5850 and 5870 really worth it?

hey guys, as the name suggests, do u think the 5850 and 5870 are entirely the same component only difference being 125MHz faster clock speed and 0.2GHz faster clock speed on the 5870 compared to the 5850:

5850 clock speed - 725MHz; memory - 1GHz
5870 clock speed - 850MHz; memory - 1.2GHz

do u think this is really worth an extra £80-£100??

5870 has 80 Texture units & 1600 Stream Processors.
5850 has 72 Texture Units & 1440 Stream Processors.
And then theres the clock difference.

I went for the 5870 as going single card, if I was going crossfire I would buy 2 5850s
