Everyone using keyboard or xbox 360 pad gets an extra 10 points! :eek:

Not really but seriously, any pad (other then 360)/arcade stick all the way! :p
 
I think my pad is stopping me getting any better though. The d-pad isn't flat so it's hard to roll your thumb around it and get consistent movement, which I believe is the same complaint with the 360 one isn't it?

I was thinking of getting one of those Madcatz fightpads but there's lots of complaints about the d-pad on those too so I'm not sure what to get. :confused:

Yeah that's the reason I don't use the 360 pad, and instead use my PS3 pad which has a proper D-Pad. Xbox pad is nasty for SF4 :(

Problem with 360 pad is that its only a 4 axis d-pad so diagonals arent resistered properly and there is little movement in it.

What complaints have you heard about the fightpads? I have one and find it to to very good. Definately the best pad i have used for beat em ups. I read some people were havings problems with them failing but i used mine for over 100 hrs on the 360 and its still going strong
 
Main complaint with the fightpad is quality of the build for the money and, surprisingly, the d-pad which I'm sure can't be worse than what I have now. If I can get one cheap I will.

Thinking I might get the PS3 pad though as it's not specific to one game.
 
Just realised today was the finishing date of the league! I have extended it by a week, so it will run through to next week - 15/11/09.

It's been ages now, so it really is time for everyone to get their games over with! No excuses guys, get playing! :)
 
Damn, i never realised how important match practice was.. haven't played properly for ages now, and i'm sucking bad.
Available for friendlies :p (and my last league game)
 
There is a deal every so often on steam, but I dont think there is one on at the moment.
 
Sorting out the table now, but it's a dead tie on round difference and points scored between Arth and Adz, Adz has won 1 more game, however Arth has won 1 more round... not sure how you want to call that one. Table uploading soon!
