It's disgusting. (I still like Antec though.
)
I kinda like it, it's industrial looking and different. But then I did also have a soft spot for that military looking coolermaster case, so I'm not sure my tastes can be trusted.

Hm... They either :
a) sacked their original design staff and replaced them with Thermaltake employees
b) had too much LSD this year
c) try to destroy Antec
d) had even more LSD this year

I got to thinking that the reason we all mod, the point of modding if you like, is to take something that looks the same as everyone else has, the vanilla case as it were and transform it into something that looks diferent.
Why is it then when something that looks diferrent at the outset usually (and i'm not just talking about this case or this manufacturer) so unanimously rejected? Personal taste apart there appears to be something of a pack mentality.
Do think this case looks diferent? yes
Do I like it? yes
Do i like other cases also? yes
Do I think antec might be trying to broaden their product base by testing the boundries of niche markets? yes.
But most importantly, do I think it offers great potential for Modding

the vast majority of members in forums have found this case horrid , i think the same for it , its awful..

G-Dubs, because majority of people are not 10yo kids, who need a "bling bling case" (copyright owned by Thermaltake 
) with flashlights, crazy color schemes, 60cm fans etc etc.
And to see this case comming from company like Antec makes me sad.

Like Skeleton wasn't already overpriced...Not sure if it will be worth the expected 200 euro's price tag
Time for someone to call for white coats to take Antec's design and executive personnel to padded room clothed in very long sleeved shirts!

I'm quite a bit away from being a 10 year old kid, 28 years away in fact, but I can certainly see your point that this case may well be more appreciated by our younger brethren.
Ok so I guess it's all down to personal taste. I don't think it looks immature personally, I think it looks industrial. However it is substantially diferrent from the "norm" so is bound to suffer derision.
It has obvious design influences, and going back to the point made re the young audience, If you're a manufacturer who produces arange of cases that appeal to the more mature end of the market, it seems goob business sense to also produce kit that rings the bells of the younger end of the market.

.The last batch of antec case's have all been cheap looking rubbish.Also if this is for lan partys why did they not put a handle on it like coolermaster did with the storn scout?
