:D It arrived 3 days earlier than expected and is ten times better than I expected.. Result! :D

I opted for the Pure Black Dominator version just because it was, well, black!
It looks the bees knees! Fingers crossed it fits everything I want it to :p

It came with 3x 120mm fans, including 1x UV Blue fan at the front. The little instruction booklet is very neat!
All in all, very well pleased.. And I didn't pay a penny :D

Now what fans...

Looks good, how come you paid nothing?

This would be a brilliant case if there were some more cable routing holes. Nothing a dremel can't fix though.

For fans on a budget, you could do what I've done and get a 6 channel fan controller (Zalman MFC1+) and some Yate Loons (D12-SL IIRC), which are about the best budget fans you can get.

My "female-friend" bought it for me as a Xmas present :D

I have a rotary tool which i'm yet to put to good use.. not sure whether I will on this though!

Thats definitely something I would be, and have been, looking into...
I'm really fancying the MFC2 because of its power consumption and LCD display.. I think it will be a toss up between the MFC2 and the MFC1.

There's so many fans about I don't know where to start! I'm liking the Akasa Apache's but they're a bit steep at £10... Also the Skythe and Fractal Design fans seem good...
Yet I see the Yate Loons (120mm) at about £4 elsewhere....:confused::confused:
I'll be wanting a Push/Pull on my H50 cooler, and 2/3fans elsewhere in the case... Not sure if the fans that came with the case are any good...
Cheers Alex.
I'll be braiding and lighting the rig to some standard in time... ;)

Sounds good to me.

I'd go with the ZM-MFC1 as the MFC2 is a bit gimmicky and people have had problems with the way it measures power consumption and their PSUs, as well as some weird noises. I think it'd just be less annoying over time and finish the build a bit more professionally.

What'd look good in there is some case fans with white blades and cables braided white too. The sharkoon silent eagles or fractal design fans come to mind, both supposedly pretty good fans. Could use the 2000RPM silent eagles on the H50 rad and then have them hooked up to the fan controller for ultimate control over cooling and noise.

Excellent.. the MFC1 it will be when funds allow. ;)

Pahahaha... thats exactly what I was looking at / thinking..:D Are you welsh? ;)
Im liking the Sharkoon fans a lot.. 2 of them in Push/Pull.. hmm...

Nobody's ever asked me if I was welsh before. I'm currently living in Bristol though, and there's quite a few of you about!

I'd get the sharkoon 2000RPM fans for the rad and then the 1000RPM for the case.

Pick a fan.. any fan.. :D http://img185.imageshack.us/img185/570/imgp2916.jpg

Bit of a colour orgy isn't it, lol.

This is my lot in my CM690. I'd say go for the sharkoon 2000 silent eagle, which is the one I have on the ultra 120. Some people say it's noisy. It's really not. It'll give you a decent 76 cfm too. Or the everest enermax ones look really nice, they'll give you about 46cfm, but in push pull would be better I imagine.

Lol, so which would be the better one? :p

I'd say go for the sharkoon 2000 silent eagle... snip... It'll give you a decent 76 cfm too
I'm swaying towards the white look of the Sharkoons to be honest... Seem to be decent CFM and noise, and they'll be on an MFC1 fan controller to give that extra bit of tuning..;) (i hope)

Where would these Enermax's be hiding?

Looks very nice in all black.
I would put some red led fan's in ;)
Just be careful when taking off the front bezel.I broke my reset switch when i put the bezel back on my old cm690

I was putting the front bezel back on and the reset switch bent inwards. The buttons are hinged on the left side of the button and can fold inwards. Both the power and reset switches are held the same way.It snapped the pin on the back of the switch off :( .Just stuck it back with tape.
So be more careful than me ;)
