I purchased a Corsair HX 620W ATX Modular about 2 1/2 years ago from overclockers. It has stopped working. I have tested my kit with another PSU and it works so its definately the PSU that is at fault. I believe it comes with a 5 year warrenty so I want to RMA it to corsair. I have got a RMA number, but I want clarification on costs.

The RMA department is in the Netherlands, will they re-imburse me for postage costs as it will be about £30

I dont know specifically about Corsair but all the other companies I have ever sent parts back for RMA in the Netherlands, they have never reimbursed anything back to me.

Having said that, a hard disk I sent back to Seagate, RM never delivered it to them and had to cough up £500 to me for that :-)

You could try dealing with OCUK directly. The RMA for my pc power and cooling was based in the Netherland as well so I just dealt with ocuk. It took a while due to stock shortage but postage was only £10.

thanks for the advice. I swear all my computers are turning against me.
In the last week I have had my PSU go, then my xbox360 has giving me the red ring of death (It was unplugged but I set it up again as my PC isnt working) and finally my DS decided to corrupt both save games for GTA chinatown wars.

I've got a stick of DDR 3200 RAM that's faulty. Got myself an RMA number and relised the return address is The Netherlands. It's going to cost me £18 to return, can buy new for £25!

£18 seems a bit much. Cost me about £10, used Business Post (from work).
