That place doesn't just sell food you know. Considering you just posted saying its selling the game, something should click in your head that they may also sell the device to play said game, which OcUK also sell.
 
Where is selling the prestige edition, cant seem to find anything? (Would like to walk in and buy it), if not, it'll be the normal one :p

Afraid not, I posted after my mail arrived this morning.

I called the Co. I pre ordered with, they instructed PF to hold onto the game until the 10th ! :(
 
Do people not read? It's been confirmed several times in this thread alone (the pricing).

£32 from 1 supermarket
£26 from another
£25* from the other other
£20 from membership only wholesaler

*if you buy a top 20 game with it
 
Mines obviously being held by some right old meanies, so I bought Dragons Age on the PC to wait it out till tmrw.. that showed em!
 
What should I do OcUK?

A) Finally play WaW which I haven't played since getting it on xmas day last year to tide me over until 25th December.

or..

B) Tell my dearest mother her xmas present is now an early one. :D

You've got to draw the line somewhere & be sensible about it though. My local corner Co-op sells some headphones, so do OcUK - does that mean they're a competitor?!!

I think OcUK/the Mods need to show some common sense. Jeez - I even saw an advert for the Virgin V+ on a Sky channel the other day!

The mods need to stop wrapping OcUK up in cotton wool so much, and these constant threats about supposed 'competitors', are really getting tiresome.

That was only available exclusively from one retailer in the UK, and they sold out all of their preorders.

I know, im sick and tired of being banned for listing just a competitor its stupid at times.
 
I'm not saying its not stupid! But heck i've been done before, so why should other people get done and others be made the exception.
 
Sadly they are the rules, I doubt they will change any time soon. Heck I even got a post deleted for naming a large toy store that were doing it at £39.99. :(

Never in a million years did I click they would be classed as a competitor. :/

I can't afford a new console, this sucks.

EDIT: It's started up again, if it goes again I'm going to have to strip it down and shove it in the oven again. Cba if I'm honest, but finding a cheap replacement without having all the bundled crap included will be hard.

True, there are rules - but like I said, there should be common sense applied by the mods.

Just because somebody says that their local supermarket is selling game X for Y amount of £'s doesn't mean people are going to suddenly go rushing out there to buy a soundcard & nice spanking new monitor as well!

It's VERY frustrating, and also a little bit small-minded.

Point is, your post was intended to drive people away from doing business at OcUK. E.g. Buy it at xyz, it's cheaper.

In this instance they don't sell the game but you get the picture. It's just a rule to cover any eventualities.

If you had mentioned the name in a "where do you buy your groceries" thread then there's no issue.
