3 minutes each side

Pour a glass of Leffe :yum:

Kangaroo meat is awesome, kangaroo burgers in walkabout are just pure win.

Op fails at steak though.
Fillet steak fried blue. If you're doing chips as a side, home made, always.
Or ribeye is quite good blue too, difficult to get in this country though.
Leffe is good though.
