just bought new pc, now cant get my razer mako to work

Hello!

I recently purchased the Ultimate Panther from ocUK, had no problems till I try to work out how to get my Bass to work from my Razer Mako 2.1 speakers :s

I can get both left and right to work from plugging the jack into one of the speaker out's but I can't get anything to come from the bass box?

it comes with Realtek HD Audio Manager, and ive tried to fiddle about with it but still cant get anywhere

I changed from laptop to PC to im new to the whole sound card thing, on my laptop there was only one place the jack could go so it was kinda easy

any help? thanks

The jack is normally green isnt it, there should be a green socket on the card too, match the colours & ba da bing, otherwise erm I dunno.

the jack is black... yes black jack - har har (before anyone mentions it)

i've tried it in almost every jack available both speakers work fine but still nothing from the subwoofer also tried messing about with the settings in control panel and realtek HD audio manager but to no avail, really starting to bug me now

anyone have any suggestions?
