How many calories per day?

If you want to lose fat, eat better sources of macronutrients whilst counting calories, eg a packet of crips is 260 calories of crap, you'd be better having a tuna mayo pitta bread at ~350 calories with some salad in and it'll keep you fuller for longer. Have a look in the sports arena for some better food choices;
Eg: Oats/eggs/wholemeal sources of food for breakfast

Don't mean to be mean, but there is not other way to put it, your diet is AWFUL!

Your gonna have to clean up that diet if you want to lose the weight, workout your daily calorific needs and begin to take them down over the course of a few weeks. bodyweight in pounds x 12 should give you a good amount of calories for fat loss, presuming your quite active, get on the weights as well, don't rely on cardio.

1.5g of protein per pound of weight will make sure you keep the muscle while losing the fat.

Get whole foods in there, cut out all of the processed food like the crisps/sweet/cereal/muller rice.

Replace with porridge, whole grains, meats, fish, eggs, humous/sweet potatoes, nuts, veg and fruits.

Changed a bit today -

Cornflakes, semi-skimmed milk -around 250 calories

pear - 20?

Moroccan style couscous - 300
3 eggs (scrambled) - 270
banana - 100
apple - 50

Tonight - chicken breast with turnip, carrots and some spices. Cooked with water in slow cooker

I've really enjoyed the eggs, havent had eggs in years and forgot how nice they are

Indeed.

I'm 5'11" and 93KG and about 14% BF so I have no idea whats up with this guy.

He much want to look like a rake!!

toned is the word.

I certainly feel better than yesterday, more 'awake' Damned sausages!

I wear 32 waist jeans but have a bit of side flab, getting rid of that is a start. Then its working on stomach and gorilla ****!

Just a thought here, for you to drop a couple of lbs while leaning up and getting bigger as you put it.
First you need to be eating a better diet ditch the breakfast cereal and get some oats in and up your green veg intake and second you need to be doing some sort of weight based training to have any hope of growing at which point you will need to up your protein.

Thanks, ill get oats next time i shop. I eat brocolli with dinner sometimes but im not having it for breakfast too!

Weights, i do a few bicep curls and pressups sometimes. I really need to get out and go running as i havent been in 2 weeks. Much easier to exercise in my front room with my music on though (skipping, situps etc)

Its ok I'm not recommending broccoli for breakfast :p but try and get in as much broccoli, spinach and other leafy greens as you can throughout the day.

like many i work 9 - 5.30. I leave at 8am and get back around 6.20. I'm not taking a sack of spinich or 'other leafy greens' in with me to work.

City centre has the choice of -

Tesco - What i usually do
Fast food - fried chicken, noodles, jacket potato, burgers, greggs, subway etc

I thought last night how good it would be to have a healthy fast food stand, that does things like tuna, brown pasta, eggs, oats, veg...

Big bag of mixed salad leafs from tesco along with some of their pre cooked chicken breast and a splash of olive oil, job done

Exactly what I was thinking. Pritty much you or me plus about 5KGs. Or have I mistaken your height with somebody else's?

Yes mate 5.5kg more than me at an inch shorter. No doubt very possible, but not easy by any stretch :)

The internet has jaded me somewhat. There are some people out there with very good genetics and or work ethics, but there's an awful lot more liars (or just very optimistic about there size/ bf%) :(
