Packaging to send a desktop via couriers

i was wondering if anyone knew how to obtain box/packaging which can be used to ship a desktop computer. i've borrowed a computer to someone so they can use it at an iseries event, however the packaging used is damaged/wouldnt be accepted by a courier company.

Goto somewhere like Big Yellow and buy a suitable box?

Find a box of an appropriate size then stuff it with bags of air/foam/polystyrene/bubble wrap or your protection of choice.

I am sure a supermarket somewhere will let you have a box off them

Pack the internals with something like those "air bags" so that the components are less likely to be crushed etc.
