Have some left over beef/veg from the slow cooker wondering how long to nuke it for? same goes for bolognesse cheers.

3 minutes in the microwave on the second highest power. This is for an 800 watt microwave like mine.

A beef stew is on the go in the slow cooker in the kitchen as I type, smells lovely, and there will be plenty left over for tomorrow. As this is always the case in my house the left overs get nuked for 3 mins, taken out and stirred, then nuked again for 2 more mins and alls good.

I may be over nuking but better safe than on the toilet a lot.

You wont be on the toilet from having stuff in the fridge for a few days. even if you didn't nuke it at all it would be fine. It's only bacteria. It has to contaminate the food then grow.
