No you don't, CUDA isn't what's used in Photoshop. It's OpenGL.

I get GPU aceleration in CS4 with my 4850s. I even get crossfire usage in to too...

Now that's OpenGL


Take note of the fact that the CS4 page on the nVidia site doesn't mention CUDA at all.

CUDA technology is now available via 3rd party plugins which will accelerate H.264 video encoding and that's what I want it for.
