Win 7 Release Candidate: Anyone still using it?

As the title says is anyone still using it or is it just me, is there any noticable differences between it and the full retail version?

I'm still using it but will be getting the full retail version after Christmas is out the way. Not sure if I'm missing out by not having the full one yet.

The RC will expire eventually. If you are looking to purchase after the expiry of the RC you may as well go ahead now and swap.

The RC is the Ultimate version and the £70 version is just HP so you'll loose some functionality. I've not missed anything other than RDC for now. Also the price seems to keep creeping up, so I'd grab it now rather than wait till next year when it could cost you more.

I'm still using the RC since I cant afford the price just yet... though, if needs be I can go back to my vista install if I cant afford 7 before the shutdowns start.

No, I really dont want to, but its a genuine license for this board, so it may be my only option for a time.

Remember the HP price rockets upto about £110-£120 after Jan 1st so get it now if you want it! Pre-ordered mine for £44.99 in August and its sat here waiting for my new rig in 3 weeks time

I'm still using RC but have my Pro version sat on my shelf waiting to be installed.

Just gotta get everything backed up and organised really then can get it sorted!

I was waiting for a mobo but royal fail lost it, so I ended up installing the retail.

To be honest i think a lot got the retail copy and are just waiting for the right time to install

I was using th RC1 until pro was released on MSDN a few months ago, tbh I haven't really noticed a different. I have the choice to install Enterprise but atm I can't be bothered to reinstall for the few extras features it has which I wont use.

Still using the RC on my lappy - need to decide on XP or Ubuntu once the RC expires, I'm not buying another copy of Win 7 for an old laptop.

I'm still running the 7057 beta. If I bought HP, could I just do a repair install and install the retail over what I have, or would I have to format and start again?
