After the pretty poor Saw V, I had low hopes for the end to this franchise, but I'm pleased to report that VI surpassed my expectations and is easily one of the best Saw films. The ultimate outcome wasn't black or white, but most loose ends were tidied up fairly neatly whilst adding some interesting and highly relevant information regarding the previous films.
I was entertained throughout - the main 'player' character had some seriously tough choices to make and the film certainly made you appreciate the value of the NHS
The gore was very strong and possibly the strongest of the franchise. My only gripe is that those that died were not all 'guilty' in the sense that Jigsaw originally tested parties who did not appreciate life - I think this takes away some of the respectable aspects of Jigsaw as a mass murderer
D) and just leaves him more psychotic than the original films portrayed.
Regardless, a very enjoyable watch
