Picking this up at the weekend...

I've got to admit, i did double check to see if it was in fact 1st April.

Popcorn at the ready to watch Fox vs Fox fight

And the inner chav comes out...

[Edit] Why would someone spend £2k on *that* when money like that buys an MR2 (N/A) and would probably be cheaper to insure with those mods declared...

It's obviously a wind up, and a very poor one at that. He knows he'll be ridiculed from here to next week every time he mentions that car if he buys it.

Has anyone noticed something strange going on in Motors recently?

Just off the top of my head we've had:

- Dolph trading an S3 for a Passat
- Fox wanting to buy a Golf
- Janesy buying a chavved up Fiesta

I dread to think what's next....

and dude, that Fiesta you linked was a total dog, £500 over priced, you can see a rust bubble on the arch, it has an aftermarket zorst and 6x9s in the parcel shelf! They got the colour wrong, it's not performance blue, it's Imperial Blue. You should be getting a totally perfect one for that cash. I would post. But I'm banned till october :D

I can't insure an MR2 and this was a bit different to all the other Zetec-s'. The brows at the back will go and i'll probably replace the wheels for something OEM.

this was a bit different to all the other Zetec-s'

For all the wrong reasons. It's been owned by somebody with no taste and probably no brains. It's a fragile Ford thats been owned by a barryboy, could it get much worse?

I agree a tidy, standard well looked after Zetec-S is a good little car.

This is not a tidy, standard or well looked after Zetec-S. This is run of the mill barryboy junk.

. The brows at the back will go and i'll probably replace the wheels for something OEM.

But you love the lights, right?

You'll pretend not to care, but deep down you do - what little cred you had on here is probably long gone after this :)

Am I being harsh? Damn right. As harsh as you are every time you post ;)
