I don't think you get it. What I'm saying is a think it's tragic, but there is no reason to differentiate this from so much that we do to animals. Just because one blokes throws one of a bridge and the other shoots it in the head, I'm sorry but at the end of the day both are aimed at killing the animal aren't they?

And Draeger, don't for a second tell me that you've only used products / eat food derived from the death of animals for necessity. Horses get whipped running around a race track, we don't all start threatening to start whipping jockeys do we.

Theres a difference between throwning a dog of the bridge (for fun/a laugh) and shooting in the head.

Shoot in the head it would be instant death, throw of a bridge where it lands yelps/cries because it has NOT died and is in pain with all its legs broken etc along with most likely its ribs etc etc.

Do jockeys throw horses of bridges - NO

u think suffering and torture of an animal is the same as slaughter for means of food and other! that is where u have no clue.

The poor dog was terrified being handled by some scum who he/shes never met and hung close/over a bridge! How can u even think its the same???
Then the poor thing left to die a slow painful death at the bottom!

this isn't what a cow goes through at a slaughter house!

So what about battery farmed chickens. Seeing how they're kept in terrible conditions for months on end, I'd say that's pretty bad. What about some instances of animal testing, what about the fur industry, etc.

I wouldn't get angry about this in real life. If its a story of a rare species being wiped out, then okay (not that I can do anything about that) but this kind of thing happens all the time. Especially that you're talking about what goes on in other countries.
