Tasers girl who resisted bedtime shower

Who the **** phones the police in because a child won't go in a shower? Seriously wasting time and money then the stupid ******* tases the poor girl?! I'm seriously ******* disgusted by this.

If it was a 16 year old teenager kicking off at a cop would you object to them being tasered if they being violent and verbally abusive?

But we're not talking about a 16 year old teenager. I'm not dismissing tasing, I'm angry about it being used on a 10 year because she refused a shower. FFS just get supernanny or something!
 
if she has emotional and anger issues and was acting as in the report then she deserved it. failure of parents to provide consistent parenting while growing up perhaps, parents are too soft. hate all this "they're not bad just , misunderstood" rubbish, I used to get a good hiding if I did anything wrong, as it should be.

a 16 year old girl who didn't want to shower? up to her isn't it?

I wouldn't get a bunch of uniformed men into the room to threaten her, and then try to force her into the shower - let alone pull out a weapon and use it on someone so young.

That big bad ass american cop must be so proud of his gun ho self.

but she deserves all the punishment she could get?

If my mum phone cops on me to force me into the shower at that age, my teeth would be well and trully clamped onto his face.

Maybe she felt under threat and was trying to fight back?

Either which way this isn't the job for law enforcement, or weaponry.
 
I have no problem with this. He's right, it was a lot safer than to trying to physically restrain her which would've caused bruising at the very least not to mention damage to the bloke's testies :D

If we're taking this article at face value, then yes, it's dumb and retarded.

But if we're looking a bit deeper, how do we know that an altercation didn't start from when the girl refused to shower, escalated, and she became physically violent or started/threatening to self harm?
 
It just sounds like a typical tantrum that kids have when they don't get their own way, and if the mother can't even handle that then she doesn't deserve to be one. I mean, calling the police? What a clueless idiot.

The fact that you think someone deserves to be tasered for refusing to have a shower definitely demonstrates how fantastic your upbringing was.
 
It is the lack of discipline and kids thinking they can do what they want that has given us under-age drinking violent chavs.

While i think the idea of calling the police to get a kid to have a shower is quite funny, i think it was needed and the kid will not cause such a fuss next time.

She is obviously one of these softy American mums you see on the TV that give in to all their kids demands and then wonder why when they want the kid to do something they won't.

People should just stop having kids. Seems like the best solution seeing how everyone hates them so much.
