Jamar Pinkney allegedly beat up 15-year-old Jamar Jr then marched him to wasteland, where he forced him to strip and kneel.

The teenager's mother, Lazette Cherry, told how he begged, 'No, Daddy! No' before Jamar Sr shot his son once in the head.

Part of me thinks that's proper parental responsibility. The other part of me thinks the parent should have let the authorities deal with it.
The parent will probably file for diminished responsibility.

A sorry situation for all the family but why is it for trial by public media?

The authorities would let him out before he's 30 (or younger) and then he would just abuse more children.

maybe the kid just had a curious look but didnt touch? all seems quite bizare if theres no sign of any trauma he cant have done much and he did feel guilty about whatever went on.

if there was some kind of penetration then i would probably think the father did the right thing but if nothing really happened he should have just cut of all contact with the kid
