What? I'm not defending them because they're a minority, I'm not even defending "them", i just think you're being stupid complaining about adult content in an adult rated game, it's no different to any other form of entertainment. Children seeing it is irrelevant, that's what ratings are for, if their parents wish to ignore those it's upto them, but games shouldn't be censored when there's no reason to.

What's "yuk" about gay sex? I can only assume you mean Anal Sex. Which while it might not be my thing I'm pretty sure it floats A LOT of people boats as it seems to be in quite a lot of porn.

Pretty much the same act that women and men do. Well a gay couple could try "docking" but it's more hilarious than sexual.

Does anyone here remember the 'Sim Copter' debacle?

One of the game designers, slipped in a little Easter Egg where all the male characters turned into naked men who would kiss. They recalled the game as a result of it!

They were only heavily pixelated blobs that barely look like people!

No, I don't feel any offence by proxy. I'm not offended by your thread, I just think what you're talk about doesn't make logical sense, considering how much "worse" other material there is in the game, yet you are talking about a gay kissing scene (basically) being worse than chopping people in pieces, burning them alive and go knows what.

*edit* oh, and your argument is "kids might be affected" when it's a game sold for adults!

Its not a sex scene, not even nudity.
There is far more sex, nudity and shocking stuff found on tv, and not even late at night on dodgy channels either!
Is the OP offended with Eastenders? Shock horror at 2 men kissing!!!!

Eastenders also is on at a time where children are likely to be up and watching. Therefore, more childen have exposure to that than this game which is an 18.

Dragon Age Origins, well that has Dragons, undead, zombies, elves, dwarves, magic, demons, cults, darkspawn. Can't be having any of that in modern day society eh!

It's actually been quite refreshing seeing the feebdback from others on what I presumed in the past to be a fairly homophobic bunch of people - probably just picked up from a vocal minotiry of homophobes.

You do know that being gay isn't something you're convinced into by videos/games/others words? Are you worried that your kids will be convinced I to becoming, or are the kind of parent that will completely shun them if they do come out as being gay? It sounds to me like you should be more worried about your own morales than those projected by a game that should not be played by children.

I find it funny that the OP thinks the game is actually promoting homosexuality. :confused:

As already posted, its a fantasy game with dragons, magic etc. It has no nudity and no real sexual content. :rolleyes:

If the only way you could get the games best equipment (epic purples!

) and storylines was to chat up other male characters in the game and engage in flirtatious homoerotic behavior, all be it in a fantasy setting, then I could see your point in being a little disturbed..... But it aint, get over it
