I have stopped between the 4th and 5th season. Dooing all the side missions :D

Even they are not boring.

And yea, poisons blade on a speared heavy guard is SO much fun, and money :D Oh and smoke bomb :D:D:D:D:D:D

Good way of doing it! You are literately going to love the 2nd one... If you are going to play them back to back, your mind is going to explode!

Don't bother with any side missions of the first one, just bash through the main missions :)

p.s. Anyone know if that extra level is a whole town? I bought the basic version that didnt come with the free level. Just wondered if it is possible to get the code or something like that to download it?

I really liked the first AC, this just takes everything to a much higher level. Anything I didn't get on well with seems to have been improved/replaced/re-thought. Well... Apart from those lute players... Curse them and their interupting ways!

Its a bit different to the last one i thought...the first one was extremely repetitive. The things i like about the sequel is that now u can hire merc's and whores to do your dirty business whilst you stand there and watch....plus having the ability to buy a more bigger range of weapons is a welcome addition.

Still loving the game although i havent even finished half of it...just taking my time and making sure i finish off bits before moving onto the bigger missions.


One thing that im having probs with is the Tuscany part and the towers....cant seem to climb any of them perhaps i need to learn a new skill or something but no matter how i try tackling the towers i just cant seem to climb them:confused:

Try again :p the only tower you can't climb yet is in Venice until you do a mission for the thieves guild, but the rest should be fine!

Also any one know how to get the achievment where you throw sand in 4 guards faces? Didn't even know you could throw sand lol!
 
You can throw sand!!!

I would say that the little change to tower climbing is that you have to shimmy around the tower to a different face to find places to climb up, so instead of going up from the bottom, you go up a level, shimmy to another face, climb up a couple more levels, shimmy around... Makes it a lot more fun imo.

So wheres the cheapest to get this at the moment? Was gonna wait until people had it to decide if it was worth getting - seems it is :D

Its no Thief, but it will do ;)

Wait to pick it up second hand.

There is no multiplayer so not much life left in the game once you've finished it.

As soon as i've finished it i'm going to sell it like I did the first.

Keep an eye on the MM :)

Yeah I did - nice little game though I got massively sidetracked by looking for bloody flags and havent done 1/3rd of it. Gameplay is kinda mechanical, but a good first effort...

I picked up the first for £10 - that was the CE edition too :D

Yeah go back to the villa and learn some special moves in the ring ;)

I've only got 4 trophies to get now. One of them requires me to play through the story again.. maybe on my xmas holidays. :D
 
Finished this last night.
Pretty tempted to see this through to 100% completion.
Anyone know how you get the "defend a womans honor" achievement on xbox?
 
I got that early on by doing one of the side missions from the map, it's just a case of beating a bloke up isn't it?
