I think they've slacked off of late, admittedly. I don't really bother with emotive hyperbole, and I have no doubt at all that Israel would wipe Palestine out given a chance.

It is called cross-training, and everyone does it. It doesn't imply a hierarchy since typically both sides learn. We have this argument over who have the best special forces once a month and the only correct thing that ever gets said is that no one who posts on these threads knows anything about special operations and those that do don't talk about it.

I just can't think of any feasible way to do it ...?

Police aside, that's what I was thinking.

MI6, or the SIS as they are officially known, have responsibility for intelligence matters abroad while MI5 ( The Security Service ) have the remit for the UK.

Two operatives ...

1st one drops and "kicks" device under as he/she walks by
2nd one drop papers/ties shoelaces and puts the device in the correct place (ie attaches it to car via say awesome glue).

Wear a high vis jacket. You can get away with anything if you are wearing a high vis jacket.
