The lucasarts and thq packs are on offer for the full 5 days but every day the other games change so every day there will be some boss offers!
 
Was very tempted by Far Cry 2, but then remembered I bought it for the 360 last year for £20 and its still shrink wrapped.

The THQ pack looks to be a no brainer though :)

Although I've not tried it, it looks like you can purchase games just through your browser without using Steam at all. I guess they will then be attached to the account you log in to the website with. I'm not sure what currency you will be charged in or if it even works, but it's worth a try if you are desperate!

It works exactly the same as the client. I've used it before. :cool:

You can mate. I have just bought my games from the office and then when I login to steam at home it will update the program to reflect I can now download the games.

Done it with Mass Effect and worked a treat.

I can use a browser? I could steal my friends interwebs! It's not desperation it's just great deals!
 
I'm in two minds about GRID. I have NFS Shift already, but when i see the £3.74 deals i just get too tempted.
I bought Frontlines at that price and Saints Row 2 recently.

Argghhh, too much pressure.

Haha I know. They are some great deals. Does anyone know how you can change the currency on the website (it appears as dollars for me even when I log in) as I may just do the same now and order them while at work? :p

Oh and for all of those getting the THQ pack just for Red Faction: Guerilla. Don't forget we have many more deals to come and then the big sale at Christmas too. Loads of stuff was reduced by quite a bit last year (even a lot of new stuff) and I'm willing to bet Red Faction: Guerilla will be no different. However by how much is anyones guess!

Yea its very good. If you like the first Sains Row, you'll like this one. The engine may not be very well optimised though. On the i sometimes get a drop in frame rates when i am going very fast in a car. But it is perfect when in a normal car/ on foot etc.

Very good game though.

I think you type in http://store.steampowered.com/?cc=gb or something like that.

BTW, I bought Far Cry 2. Does the DLC auto install along with the game as there is no separate entry for it in the games list?
 
Must...Not...Buy...THQ...Pack

Trouble is, I haven't played ANY of the games in there, other than 10 minutes on the demo for STALKER a while back...

Too many games, too little lifespan...
