If your spending that much on the board n CPU ide go i5, everything else is pretty fine and the case is a good choice :P

can upgrade the mobo to a slightly better one if u wana spend more ofc but thats about right and put ur g.skill ram in instead of this ones just couldnt be bothered changing

How about this maybe?
 
the PSU is a lot better , the case is just opinion as its bigger and i like a bit more room to play with but if u like the antec 300 then its no problem its still a great case.

Get the antec signiture PSU over the 700w one its extremely efficient and very good quality , there is a thread about it on here somewhere .

Yeh so just swap the Antec 650W signature PSU in and its a very good spec
