Battlefield BC2 looking dam sweet

I think 32 players will be fine for the gold rush mode, as all the fighting is centred round one area, rather than spread out like the conquest modes. I had a blast on the ps3 beta the other night. I started out thinking well its not quite bf, but once I got into the gold rush gameplay, sitting with my squad defnding it became a hoot. Really looking forward to this on the pc. Might make up for the disappointments of wolfenstein, flashpoint and modern warfare, all games that I was looking forward to for the mp side of things.

I still remember just how spectacular the battles were in Joint Operations on 128 player maps. You could see tracers fly from one island to the other but yeah not all modes would work with so many players.
 
Whenever I played Joint Ops, even with almost full 128 man servers there was a lot of driving/flying/sailing/running around until you ever found anyone, and because of the nature of the game by the time you have found the odd 5 or 10 people you get sniped from some unknown who was hiding a mile away in some bushes. :(
 
Yeah to be completely honest it didn't work that well but by god was it spectacular with all the ammunition flying in the air :D

I loved playing sniper on that game.
 
As long as when it's released we get a relatively bug free game then I don't care if they delay it until Summer. By the way, why are people going on about BF3 in this thread? The latest BF game is still in development and hasn't even been released yet! Calm down! :o

They also said the pc beta was coming in December ;) it won't be the first bf game that's slipped they always do.

Assassins creed was meant to be the same but the pc one got delayed still.
 
Theres a little difference between AC2 guess work and BC2 who have a update on twitter questions on a daily basis, just go the the actual BC2 forums and you will see PC release will be March 2010, I wouldnt worry, Just cause the beta has been delayed, doesnt mean the game is
