Factory overclocked by 25MHz+ to the clock and +200Mhz on the memory.

Thats less overclocked than the XFX XT version and Sapphire Vapour-X.

So your paying +£60-75 for a silent cooling solution with a little more overclocking ability

one of the other things about pre-installed is warranty - having had a watecooled card die and not being able to rma it hurts the wallet a good bit. Even though this does seem a bit pricey.
