I've tried this, and failed...My day pattern altered from 8am -midnight ----> 3pm to 7am after a uni reading week spent playing MW2 and drinking endless amounts of diet coke. Instead of employing the painful 'get up at 8am after 2 hours sleep' getting back to normal aproach I decided (not for the first time) to go full circle over the period of a few weeks. At the moment my sleep pattern is go to bed at 4pm and get up at midnight. 8 hours shifting left to go.
omg! I have the exact same problem! I did a whole circle in 5 days once.![]()
