Macbook 13" cracked top case

Hi guys,
Ive noticed that the top case on my macbook has cracked right where i rest my right wrist when im typing. This is the second time this has happened. First time was probably around 12-18 months ago. Where i had it swapped under warranty. Has this happened to anyone else?

Has happened to my father's Macbook although his is way out of warranty (I would imagine - not checked).

It's because of the magnetic latch being too strong vs. the weak plastic.

i had mine replaced out of warranty

i just called my local store, explained what had happened, and that it appeared to be a common fault. I booked an appointment and they fitted me a new one whilst i was shopping.They also replaced the keyboard ???

You phone Apple and they ask you to bring it to a store to do a visual check (to make sure it isn§t damaged by the user) and then they fix it...
