***Official OcUK Secret Santa 09 Thread***

Mines was sent directly to the receiver from the merchant today, the extra cost of gift wrapping offsets the hassle ;)
Strangely the paypal receipt has the recipients name and address on it but the merchant receipt has my name with the recipients address on it :S
 
Bah my confirmation of my order says it will be despatched within 12 working days :(

Oh well, it's going direct so hopefully it will arrive in time. Nobody can say I didn't order it soon enough.

I can't even ask my victim to tell me when it's arrived as they will know it's from me :(

I have bought my gift and its on its way to its recipeint hopefully it will get there before friday as the postage didn't state a eta =/

Hope the person likes it and that it brings them some fun over xmas :)
 
After much tactical shaking I'm 99% sure mine contains something that rolls around. I have to be honest, this is the present that I'll be opening first. I doubt I'd be able to hold back from opening it by then. Presents from family usually involve clothes, money or stuff I've told them about. Surprises are the best.

Quick question. How do you send the present with recorded delivery without the recieving member knowing its from you? Last time i sent a recorded delivery you had 2 stickers, one with the senders details on the back of the envelope or parcel.

Hmmm... I'm not too sure about that. :p You can trust people from OcUK anyway, plus the fact that you know who you're sending to. ;)

From memory, I think it would only have xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-1337 or something anyway, rather than the whole number.

I asked this a while back somewhere in this thread. I'm pretty sure that Skippi said it was OK. I think he sent his directly from the retailer last year.

I'm not sure about your card details. I know that one major online retailer has a 'gift' option. They'll send a packing slip but it only shows the recipient what should be included in the package. None of your details will be included.
 
I got my pressies last night :)

I'm getting my pressie sent off tonight, I wanted to get it sent off on Sat but I got swamped by gf duties :p
