Iron man two "You look different"

I'm really looking forward to this, it might not have been great art but the first one was one of my favourite films (even if it was carried by Downey Jr).

I'm not too bothered about the loss of Howard, his part was insignificant enough in the first film that there was no real character development; the rumour I heard was that the director (Favreau) hated him so much he refused to have him in the second film :eek:
 
I'm really looking forward to this. Downey Jr. was absolutely superb in the first and I hope he's as good in this, plus Gwyneth and Scarlett... It's a win win win win win win situation. :p

I can't wait for the Avengers either. :cool:

Hmm I'm quite looking forward to this actually, I liked the first one more than I thought I would.

So long as Cheadle doesn't try any British accents it should be fine :p

Looks (sort of) good!.. I'll reserve my judgement till there's more of an oficial trailer etc...
 
I reserve judgement after having watched Wolverine..ergh....cant believe they are making a Deadpool movie after destroying the character so badly

As said anyway, Downey carried the film and it was mediocre at best, a follow up film will have a little less backstory to work on and they can do more action and him being in suit which should make for a better superhero type film in this case.

I can't believe anyone thinks Terrance Howard is a good actor, I can't remember what the film where he was playing a rapper was called, embarassingly poor, and I'll forever remember him as being crap as Ali in probably one of his first few films. More than the bad acting his voice is incredibly irritating.

Wasn't this rumoured an year ago anyway ?
Pretty sure it was in the air at least because of him being paid the most. While Cheadle is a much better actor, war machine really should be someone with a larger frame a la Howard, or maybe gooding jnr as someone suggested.

Either way I'm looking forward, the change in cast between the older batman films didn't make them crap....that was down to a lot of things ! xD
 
I thought Ironman was a decent film but am i the only person that thought Dark knight was over rated much prefer the one before that.

I too wasnt too impressed with Dark Knight. It was a good film, but certainly wasnt the best comic book film ever. I preferred Iron Man, which I thought was one of the best films I saw that year.

Look at when the thread was started :p

I'm looking forward to this too, quite like Cheadle although like others I would have prefered CGJ. Can't see the cast change having any negative effect at all.
