Focus horn help please

A colleague has a Ford Focus with a non-working horn. I'd like to meter the wires to see if it's the horn itself. The relay can be heard working.
What's the best way to get at the horn without dismantling the whole front end of the car, please?

Jack it up, Axle stands and crawl underneath.

Oh yes! The relay clicks so it and the fuse appear to be OK.
I know that there were problems with Focus horns and water ingress so I suspect the horn itself.
