Specs on the M6 around Stoke On Trent. J15-J16

Anyone been through them today, I know they are moving them up the motorway from their previous location as the roadworks there had finished, just they seemed a little sporadic.

Went through the first camera, then it was 1.5 miles to the second, 0.5 miles to the third and approx 0.5 miles to the fourth and final camera.

Then just as you reach J16 the derestriction sign, and on the other side of one of the matrix signs (after the NSL sign) was the 4th camera. And I know it wasnt just me as I asked someone else at work and they said the same thing regarding the signs and positioning.

I am assuming that they currently dont work, otherwise the guy who came flying past me at 80 will be getting points as well as a lot of other people!
 
I pass through them twice a day and just set the cruise when I enter the zone and nail it on the way out. The cameras mean nothing to me, I am just obeying the speed signs as directed, not camera watching!

Same here, but im increasingly getting fed up of artics bullying me on that stretch now, I set cruise to around 52, but I still get **** artic drivers up my jacksie.

Ah yes, but my point was, if you were obeying the speed signs then you would have been passing through the final camera at more than 50mph.

As for passing through a month ago, that doesnt matter, they change almost daily and have shifted 3-5 miles up the motorway since then.
