Name this obscure PC game

You controlled this flying castle-type thing, which was a floating piece of land that you flew around a planet (just above the surface not in space) comprised of hexagon tiles that you could build things on, such as cannons etc. and you controlled it in real time and did battle with other ones.

Aaargh, I think I remember the game, but not the name!!! Is that the odd game where you flew around with a jet pack, manned the castle's guns or flew biplanes?

Project Nomads

Project Nomad is a different game from 1993.

It looks like it was cool in it's time, shame I never heard about it back then.

Only other game I remember with castles in it was called Castles - though it was 3D but they weren't floating.
