Corsair H50 - how to install additional fan?

Hi folks, I currently have my h50 installed (yet to turn system on yet) but should everything work correctly I will be looking at using one of my spare new fans for the H50, however I actually have no logical way of installing the additional fan to the Radiator.

Are there any rubber lugs or other methods of fixing an additional fan to the radiator?
 
instead of using all four screws on one fan just use two screws on one fan and use the other two screws in the other fan! there are screw holes on the other side of the rad! that's the way i do it!

Yup that's what I did as well. :)

Yeah but it wasn't their idea for you to put an extra fan on it :D we just made that up in here!

I also used two screws on each fan, will do the job. Don't worry about it.

looks like corsair are willing to replace damaged mb gpu etc if the h50 leaks.
 
I installed my H50 today... used the spare antec i took of the back. The screws that were used for my old heatsink bracket matched the sizes i needed to fit the second fan.

I cant see it making much of a difference.

Phenom II X3 @ 3.5Ghz = 27c (idle) 34c (100% Load)

Same here. Alternatively you could always get some extra 6-32 X 1 1/4" screws :)
 
2nd fan makes quite a difference on my Q6600 i loose around 4-5.c on load..

My Rad also gets nice and toasty running Burntest on high.. Must be these new fangled posh 45nm cpu,s that run too cold.. ;)
 
i got second fan coming monday hopefully itll will drop my temps enopugh to get to 4 or higher without hitting 70 atm i am hitting 63 ish under maximum load using intel burn test
but pc probe says it is 73 where everyhting else says 63 which should i believe?
 
what fan did u order?

as temps go, maybe they are using different sensors. a lot of intel users prefer to use real temp cause it tells you all the cores separately.

ive got ac ryan blackfires
i already had one but decided more the merrier
but the difference is what worries me ac asus pc probe you imagine be more acurate as it is for the board it self but
every other one i use speedfan realtemp coretemp there all the similar so i deicded to go for with them btu still worries me
 
i dont have your board so i dont know exactly how/what its sensing. with my board made by dfi, its displaying cpu socket temp instead of cpu core temp and the difference is about 5C (the socket being 5C cooler than the core). its also an amd cpu.

I dont trust the dfi application, i use occt to check the core temp when im worried. (speed fan causes the board to panic and forget how to boot)

obviously we got different systems, but im telling you to put your mind at ease, trust real temp over pc probe since we all know that real temp is using the correct sensors in the correct way.
