i think that this handset is the only thing that's stopping Motorolas GSM-Cellphones division from sliding into the sewer, never to be heard from again :p
 
Loving it so far, very Solid phone not much bigger than my G1 and its thinner too.
the screen is stunning.
the keyboard slider mechanism is very solid
top row on keyboard harder to hit due to closeness of the screen
notification led is a bit weedy.
protected apps appear to be missing.
fast compared to my G1 (cyanogen 4.2.6)

Screen looks stunning! Im getting one in January I think, I just find it a bit of a shame that the camera isn't a bit stronger in terms of image quality, but meh... the thing has been rooted now so it's a monster device and likely have Sense put on it soon!
 
Ok **** it I am off to the shops to buy one. I simply can't wait till next year. :p

had a few trials setting mine up.
1. APN was wrong for o2 Payg.
2. couldn't log into google account but web was working so could be an android bug.
3. broke the home screen trying to restore icon settings from my old phone with MyBackup, had to trawl the net to find the key combo to access the recovery screen and wipe the phone.

wish the flash 10 plugin was ready i'd be in mobile phone heaven.
 
Whoops! i, err... "slipped" and ordered one from Exclusive retailer with T-mobile contract, after buying my PAC code from orange.

should arrive monday/tuesday :D
 
Im so gutted I didn't order this earlier, i'm literally desperate to be playing with one, would have been great to have oe over the holidays. :(

Theyre £60 more expensive in the UK than where I live too!
