BIOS saver & error code display I'm guessing.


Here are some load temp results.

CPU is overclocked to 4Ghz. Everest used to measure temp & probe is of the CPU socket.

It's a diagnostic card.

I don't really understand the change in fan design. Bigger copper core, some copper fins are both good. I thought i9 was meant to run cooler than i7 though, so a bit confused by the change in design.

That's the word I was looking for. :D


Well suppose the two extra cores adds heat even if it is 32nm.

Don't understand why Intel don't team up with a 3rd party to supply decent coolers, will make everyone else work harder to make better coolers.
 
So it is my bad.
