dude...just because YOU dont hear of these things happening it doesnt mean that they dont happen from time to time,without the law of averages:)

Well you could on the first. You just turned cheats off before the level change and it worked fine. At least i think thats how it worked. I know it was possible though.

Just because i haven't doesn't mean it doesn't exist no. But the likelihood of it being something to do with Steam/Valve/L4D2 and not something to do with the Server/You is far higher than you being the only person to have had problems.
 
Played for a day or so now, good fun it is. Although the amount of turds that **** around gets boring at points, i.e. People in versus mode running off on their own or running backwards getting themselves killed and making everyone have to go and retrive them.

I like the game, just for the multiplayer, maybe when I get more used to the maps I'll come join you guys on the OCUK servers.

The concept of teamwork is apparently too hard for your average gamer to grasp. A sad truth really...
 
I have to admit, the 8v8 we had last night was awesome. Most of the ones I've had on L4D2 so far seemed to be rather lacklustre affairs, but last night was laugh after laugh (after a dodgy start :D). Probably due to having a team that I knew :D
 
yeah, 8v8 was good fun, and really close up until the 3rd map, where we got 7 to the end, and killed them for 55 points :) was good fun. but once again, my router crashed during the finale and I missed it :(
 

Just trying out Fraps as last time i tried it it kept crashing L4D1 so decided to see how fast i could do the bridge finale. Observe my 1337 can jumping skills :p.

I could probably do it a bit faster but I cant see how people are doing it in 1 min 30.
