If you click I'm Feeling Lucky a clock, which I guess is in seconds is counting down?

What could it mean!

Basically - from what I can understand and have tried if you go to google.com leave the box empty and click I'm feeling lucky a number appears and is counting down.

Currently at 1472380 and going down in seconds.

its the amount of time in seconds to the new year.

It's until the New Year, I think, based on the number of seconds, which is around 17 days.

All I get is...

The "I'm Feeling LuckyTM" button automatically takes you to the first web page returned for your query.

An "I'm Feeling Lucky" search means less time searching for web pages and more time looking at them.
