rage against the x-factor - Outcome: RATM is the Christmas Number One!

I dont follow? Amazon is 70p cheaper and counts towards the chart.....

does it say that on Amazons website? I did a very quick google and couldn't find anything conclusive.

Also there has been a bit of ambiguity in this thread. For the sake of 70p I'm not that fussed tbh and I want to be 100% sure my contribution counts.

on downloads...

the cd sales arent included yet. they will still probably win because i reckon most x factor single buyers will buy it next week

CD goes on sale next week, which is too late as the chart is done on Sundays...

Someone posted earlier and it definately says they do count, amazon take an 11p loss on each single.

Without proof I decided not to take the chance. I don't believe everything I read on the internet and I certainly do not believe everything I read on OcUK. And as I cant find anything on Google to support the 11p claim I decided that paying a pound and being certian was better than paying 29p and hoping OcUK was right.

I'd like to think I can afford 70p.

Number 2 on the side of itunes still

ok serious time now why do people keep saying it's at No2?

I must be daft but here is the link to the charts

http://www.apple.com/euro/itunes/charts/top10songs.html

and here is what I see...

When I log in to iTunes store from iTunes on the right hand side under the top songs list I see Killing in the Name. So it could be that the site has not updated its sales in real time.

Edit beaten.
