Fair enough but these problems aren;t user fault. Perhaps I should have posted this on a Mac forum and I would have got what I would have wanted!

They just work out of the box nothing to do it will work just aswell to the end of its days

Well that's not true, I've experienced Macs with issues to the same extent as I have PCs.

How much time have you spent using a Mac? Unless you've owned one you're in no position to compare.

To save you thie time and effort of posting again i'll post the reply you were probably looking for..

Macs Rulez and windowz sucks ok.

the above statement is untrue

I had an iMac but sold it as i love playing games on PC

Macs are PCs, and even if they were half the price they are now they'd be overpriced. This is coming from a Linux user.

Yeh fair enough but they are beautifully made and designed.

only problem i had with windows is i got given a 32bit instead of 64bit OEM....thats my only problem. and for vista i got "PLEASE INSTALL SP3 OR I WONT LOAD"

I have been doin this for a fair few miles and Mac is so much easier.

Just because you've been doing it 'for a fair few miles' doesn't mean you're remotely competent. Macs are easier to reinstall, but that the price you pay for a closed platform.

Your problems with Windows are probably hardware based. Have you done some diagnostics?

In fairness, the only reason a Mac is perceived as better is that at the moment, only Apple-certified approved etc software companies/developers are allowed to release programs for it. You are asking for Apple to open the gates to anyone, and thus the 'problem' (Windows) you solve (with Mac) will just become the same as Windows, and you'll cry out for something new again.

Macs are stable, as they essentially vet any software written for them.

It is unfair to think of Windows as unstable etc, it is the programs/drivers/hardware not optimised for it that causes the instability.

Methinks it's an attempt at humour based on the trolling that occurred in the mac forum.. /sigh..

I'm afraid that I don't think I've ever had any cause to enter the Mac forum (I'm not knocking it, but don't use one frequently and therefore don't need to), and have genuinely got no idea of what you're talking about.
