internet goes off!! during phone calls.

Hi,
Everytime the house phone is in use, the internet goes off!!

The phone make a crackling sound when in use also.
Anyone have any idea what could be coursing this.

Do all of your phones have microfilters attached to them?

It's either a missing microfilter, or a faulty microfilter.

Does every socket that has something connected to it have a microfilter?

As above, check your microfilters.

Definitely check filters at all sockets, but i've got a similar problem at the moment and its not pretty (it is intermittent though). Hopefully its just filters though and you'll be sorted

If you plug your phone into the master socket with your modem, filters and all your extensions disconnected does it still crackle?

They are all conected to micro filters.
I get new one and see how it goes and let you know
