Can anyone recomend me a tough USB stick?

I've had my usb stick on my keys for a while and it's handy...

The keyring hole has snapped off

Does anyone make a tougher stick without a stupic cover to loose after 5 minutes?

looking fo 16 gig.

The Corsair Flash Voyager series are pretty tough, you might need a slightly thicker ring (though I'm not sure how much punishment you really intend to mete out) and the port is covered by a detachable rubber cover (how easily do you lose things?) but it's served me very well.

The super talent Pico series are top notch, small and with no cap to lose, can be had for around 30 quid for the 16GB version. Unfotunately overclockers don't stock them

Dude, there's a 16GB Kingston DataTraveler (Xmas Limited Edition) available today from a certain online store (not a massive one, you'll have to dig a bit) for £14.99. They're fairly robust, but at that price you could buy two!

Come with a 5 year warranty too.

I knocked my flash voyager whilst plugged in. It bent to 45 deg and was knackered!

It may bounce when dropped on the floor, although mine did not last long enough to test !

I've bought about 5-6 of those over the year+. The first one was for me and the others were for other people. I've still got the first one without a single problem

fluffing ace. You'll be well happy. I bought the gold one but that's just a stupid gimmick as the gold rubs off within days.
