Oh that dragon must be ruining the airflow.

Lol i do'nt think i need to worry about any airflow issues, theres 3 140mm intake fans at the front, had to rip out the dvd/ect bays so i could fit them all in ;).
theres a 120mm on the side and a 120mm on back aswell as a 140mm ontop exausting, all intake fans have either stockings or air filters on them or in front or them, theres some nice positive pressure going on inside , this will help eliminate any dust gathering in unwated places.
I need not worry about airflow, theres fans on everything nearly ;);):D
As i ripped the drive bays out it left me with the top of my hdd bay slightly twisted and marked, i had the original idea of using green felt and putting a pig, a got and a chicken on there but changed over to red felt and a dragon at the last moment, i'm just keeping my eye out for a nice crystal dragon that will illuinate really well with the lights.

Bet that sounds like a vacume cleaner, Infact I bet it is a vacume cleaner lol

Its actually very quite.
The 2 140mm xigmatek are virtually silent aswell as the stock case fans, theres noctuas on the nh-d14 so there silent.
The only loudish fan i have is the 120mm side zalman fan and that only makes a noise after 11-1200rpm.
Theres obviously a hum coming from the pc's direction but as long as the tv ect is on its silent!
There is a lot of dust that accumilates on the front panel but i wipe that every few days and thats fine, am in the proccess of adding a stocking to the front pamal as we speak to further eliminate dust.

Oh the old "tripple headed draggon" mod, lost count of the number of times i've seen that on this forum...

How many times do we have to tell people...

Dragons produce hot flaming fireballs and are as a result "very bad" for PC cooling

When will they ever learn????

Seriously nicely done

Hehe

Great job with all the lights. ;)

A polar bear would be a better bet, what's with your username anyway?

The "BUT" is the first part of my nickname so 1 drunken night a mate decided to call me butmuncher and its stuck, its my usual username for everything nowadays.
Lol my nickname is "Butler" cos its easier to pronounce than "Buckler"

What rpm are they?

Actually what make and model are those fans?

I find it hard to believe all these fans running at full tilt is silent...

A say silent in gaming or watching tv but not while theres no sound coming from anywhere, its not niosy and its not really silent, but its lots more quieter than my mates pc's that only have 1 exaust and 1 cpu fan.
My pj is niosier and that only has 1 fan
2x xigmatek front 140mm intakes molex
1x stock cooler master 140mm intake molex
1x zalman f3 120mm intake side panel mobo pwm/voltage
1x stock coolermaster exaust 140mm top fan molex
1x stock coolermaster exaust 120mm molex
