We are all insignificant

Its because we are insignificant that we exist, jupiter collects most of the comets that would destroy earth otherwise and its much greater size and mavity protects us

Banz0r ;) :D :D

Pea roast, you're even more insignificant when you take into account all the space between all these celestial bodies.

Assuming we are one of the few planets in the entire universe to develop life, then we are far from insignificant!

Under assumption though, I can't see the universe having an edge, therefore the luck must be infinite and we are existing in every way possible somewhere else. So many insignificant differences, a grain of sand for example, that it's beyond human comprehension.

Believing the universe is completely infinite is a little like having faith in religion.
Nobody has or really can prove anything!

But I agree, assuming we live in an infinitely large universe, then there will also be an infinite number of "Earths" out there, and also an also could be replicas of you and I, given everything is infinite...
There could be an infinate number of copies of me, and this conversation could be, or could have, happened an infinite number of times already :/
