How is nominiting him "harsh"? It's no harsher than someone nominating the guy who bought an overpriced entry level Clio from CarCraft. After all, like you say, accidents do happen.

At least the guy who bought the Clio didn't over estimate his driving abilities and end up looking like a complete tit, with his car on its roof. :p
 
if we were to have a 'car of the year' award, i'd be voting for the insignia. In the last few months i've had a couple of them and think they are excellent cars they will be a great 2nd hand purchase in a few years inn
