Christ, time flies :o

Cant remember when I actually joined but it was pre-nuke anyways (hence the Oct 2002 jon date like all pre-nukes)

yea its not to bad my last got deleted for beeing a few kb to big so i decided to be anal
its not quite 20kb but i guess 19996 bytes is close enough ::D

to be even more anal, it's not a target, it's a max size.... pretty sure you don't need 20K to store your sig.

I had an account pre nuke, but forgot the logon after wards and just created a new one some time later. (cool story bro, etc )

It's incredible to think that the big nuke was so long ago, but when it happened it was well overdue.

Bought something off ocuk about 2000. The pencil clocked amd chip deal?

I heard someone mention buying a case from here with about 10 fans in it and they varied their speed automatically based on temperature. Never actually seen or heard of it being sold here though, but still glad I checked it out :)

What is the oldest possible join or purchase date for this place then

Yeah. What, almost 10 years now?

So much time...

However, I don't post very much, so I don't consider wasting away too much here :p.

Oct 2002 according to my avatar, i think it was around 2000/1(ish) time that i actually signed up before the big re-sign.

Old school cool here.

I lurked for a bit before the nuke as sign-ups were suspended, joined as soon as the forums re-opened :)

Sometime in 1999 when i drove to them to pick up a 1Ghz AMD Super Cpu That could overclock to insane levels. Can remember i got Mr Gibbo to show me how so i got him to blame for all the madness now!!!!. Can't remember what i paid for it but it was a lot!!!

I had one of those chips - did the pencil thing myself. AMD 750 wasn't it?

Yeah, but they had adaptor things to go on the slot A Athlons to allow multiplier changes, the old 650 etc.

Thats where OcUK got famous from, although I doubt they came up with it. (iirc it was all over the net, how to do it. with ocuk being the only place in the uk to buy the thing. instead of making your own)
