I was wondering if you can choose the direction that the cpu cooler faces? Because if you see in the pic, the fan is blowing the hot air in the case, alternatively if it was in the opposite direction it would blow onto the exhaust fan and the hot air would be gone straight away?

Can it be done? Socket-LGA775

Thanks.

The fan as pictured above is blowing through the heatsink towards the rear fan. All is fine.

I thought the fan would be blowing hot air back into the case? Or is it drawing it in over the heatsink? I just want the air to blow out the back of the case? Surely 180 degrees rotation would be more effective than the current placement.

The fan blows into the fins, otherwise they wouldn't have designed the lower fins to be bent to direct air to the vrm's, would they.

The REAR fan is exhaust. I don't know whether the cpu fan is drawing or blowing. If it's blowing then surely it should be flipped to blow onto the REAR exhaust fan. Humph.
