What a disgraceful this country are! It all Gordon Brown for all these tax credit are paying out too much £22,828 for these family and more baby on the way to get more benefits.

I do hope that the tax credits will be scrapped under conservatives government to teach them a lesson !

I think the comment was referring to the fact that the average Mail reader simply sees a headline, gets outraged and complains about it. More often than not, no interest is shown in reading the article or gaining further insight into a given topic.

I must admit I don't get why people like this ever agree to give their stories to tabloids. Do they not realize that all they're interested in doing is stirring up a hate campaign against them? I bet they're really polite and misleading on the phone and when they conduct their interviews and take their photos.

I'm sure they do, but the lure of more money is more than enough to compensate for that, I'm sure.

I think 4 people would struggle to live on 37000quid a year, let alone 16.
