If the bouncer doesn't like your hair/shoes/face he can throw you out.

a bouncer cant. only the designated premises supervisor can or the licencee. a bouncer has to have a genuine reason such as too drunk etc

Well I was getting annoyed at being ignored in a que to pay for tickets at the pictures and so I told one of the people on the desk I wasn't just standing there for my health -and a huge argument then ensued between myself and the manager sigh!

What were the tickets for? I'm suprised they didn't just turn a blind eye and realise you were abit miffed at standing there for a while, ah well!

Avatar. I wasn't even really trying to offend anyone but the manager took it upon himself to have a go at me for making the innocuous comment by threatening to throw me out for talking to a member of his staff the "way I described".

If like you say, you didn't mean to offend then he either took it the wrong way big time or was just in a bad mood and acted like a pleb!

There isn;t really anything you can do, if you REALLY want to take it abit further write them a strongly worded letter

ORRR just accept it as a 'FFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU' moment and go see it somewhere else

I will indeed-simply because he was rude to the Mrs as well by telling her she wasn't there and that he wasn't talking to her-so some tact was in order equivelant to the amount of self-controll I had to exhibit to prevent me from embedding him in to the wall
