For anyone wanting a laugh

Hmpf, Internet fanboy wars, get a job or something or do something more useful than making vids about how windows or mac or linux rule :(...

He does but they're so annoyingly put across and so lopsidedly balanced that he's not worth listening to.

Precisely.

Much like the work colleague I mentioned above, he occassionally has some good points, but they get lost in the mindless constant drone of my view is better than yours. Inevitably, whilst some of the points made by my work colleague are valid and justified, by then people have already turned themselves off because all they hear is "oh...here he goes again, wondered when he would start today"

He's listed DDR2 RAM for i7 motherboard... :\

The fact that he said "I dunno what he means baaah this OH EEE EEEM thang" makes me rage so hard. And the way he lists the non-Mac display as having a 16:10 aspect ratio and the iMac screen as a 16:9, emphasising the Mac display making out asif it's better.

Sigh. I'm watching his Mac Vs Alienware video, and he's saying that the macbook is better as it's $300 to upgrade to a 2.93Ghz C2D, whereas the Alienware is $450. He forgets to mention that the Macbook standard is a more powerful CPU than the Alienware. I want to hit this kid.

None of you donated to his site then I take it?
In the words of Harry Hill, PC vs Mac "only one way to find out....Fight!"

I just find his vids amusing because 9 times out of 10 he has no idea what he's talking about. He tries to come across as this superior authority when in reality he comes off as a dumb hick.

I went to the guys account but I can't find the video.

He renamed it to

Mac vs. PC - $1500 Gaming Rig? I'll Take A 42" Wide Screen and A PS3 Instead

He also has a second vid up spouting stuff from an article titled "give me consoles or give me death".

This guy may make some good points, but he is on crack. FACT

He ruins his arguement when he says you can't run any game to its full res on an imac. Owell.

Once a PC gamer always a PC. For eg I bought a PS3 because it's more affordable but the desire to play the games on my PC with higher res better gameplay more detail more depth and higher framerate never left me. It's just the money.

What's this about PC gaming on a crappy 22" about. I have my PC connected to my 40" Sammy in the living room with a wireless mouse and keyboard. So yeah I too can chill out on the sofa and play PC games just as comfortable as a console gamer.

You could also stick your 360 pad in (or wireless) for best of both worlds. :)

Exactly what i was thinking.
If i hid my tower away and somebody came in and saw me gaming, they could easily think i was playing on a 360 (i use a 360 controller for some games). Apart from the better resolution etc. ;)

The only remotely reasonable point i could pick out of his constant whining, "GPU, GPU....nawwwwrrr", was the cost and build quality of HP and Dell "Gaming" rigs.

But yea...
