Suggestions for a mate who wants to politely remove someone from their house

Well we're men right? Just tell her to take the male approach and tell him straight and simple, rather than doing the womanly thing, and expect him to read her mind(no sexism here! pure honest truth). He's the clueless one in this whole situation.

Just get her to tell him what's annoying/freaking her out, I'm sure he'll straighten up, things might be awkward, but if she's able to be honest, she'll be able to relax and gain a friend out of this rather than feel stalked. After all he was honest with the "I enjoyed listening to you breathe whilst you were sleeping" thing, and must think/feel there's a possibility that some thing might happen from the signals such as the "cute pet" thing she's sending off, all she has to do is to tell him straight, that she didn't mean it in that way. :D

I was in the pub the other night and my mate was telling me he could have any woman in there, considering he's really ugly and fat i asked him his logic.

He whispered "i'm a rapist".
 
No offence, but does she like attention? If she really wanted him to leave then I'm pretty sure she could have come up with all of the (sensible) suggestions already mentioned. Being too 'passive' doesn't cut it, if this person is as you say, pretty much a stalker.
 
Ask him if he'd like some ether. And if not, give him a cuppa with some acid in it, after a while kick him out.
She can then say "oh no way you were on drugs last time you were in my house, go away"
 
The dude is just trying to get laid and often that means persistence, he won't go until he either gets told no or gets sex, tell her to do one
